Jae Dani is a talented singer songwriter and musician who grew up in Gouverneur, NY. Her powerful voice and moving lyrics are the hallmarks of her unique style. She is influenced by many styles of music and inspired by different artists including Dave Grohl, Sammy Rae and the Friends, Melt, etc.

Jae's passion for music began at a young age. She started building and honing her musical and artistic skills at Long Lake Camp for the Arts, and then immersed herself in songwriting and performance at the renowned Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan. At Interlochen, she wrote many songs that have since captivated audiences.

Jae Dani approaches songwriting in various ways. She often draws inspiration from her own personal experiences, other people's stories, or crafts entirely fictional yet relatable and engaging narratives. Her ability to step into someone else's shoes and write from their perspective allows for great storytelling. Some of her songs are touching and heart-wrenching, while others are uplifting and cheerful, offering something for everyone’s experience. Sometimes, she simply just writes to the sound of the guitar. With each new song, she invites us to see the world from a different perspective and connect with each other in meaningful ways.

Jae currently attends SUNY Purchase, studying Studio Composition. She is happy to have formed a band which includes vocals, drums, bass, acoustic guitar, keys, and electric guitar. She is thrilled to work with and be surrounded by other amazing artists. Her goal right now is to play more shows with her band and work on recording an album to release soon. Jae also plans on designing some merch that will be inspired by her finished album.
